At Technova, our goal is to ensure that your tech products reach your hands as safely and clearly as possible. By making a purchase on our store, you agree to the delivery terms outlined below:
1. Processing and Delivery Timeframes
The total time to receive your order is divided into two stages:

Processing (1 to 3 business days): This is the time we take at our warehouse to verify your payment, perform product quality control, securely pack your order, and hand it over to the courier company.

Estimated Shipping (7 to 15 business days): This is the transit period from the moment the package leaves our facilities until it arrives at the destination address.
🚚 Total Estimated Time: You will receive your package within 7 to 15 business days. Weekends and holidays are not considered business days.
Note: During high-demand seasons (such as Black Friday or Christmas) or due to customs delays beyond Technova's control, delivery times may vary slightly.
2. Shipping Cost

We apply a transparent, flat shipping rate of $16.83 for the standard shipping of your products.

This cost will be clearly itemized on the checkout screen before you confirm your purchase.
3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an automatic email with your Tracking Number and a link to track your package.

Please note that the transport company's system may take between 24 to 48 hours to update the first movements of your package.
4. Shipping Addresses and Modifications

It is the customer's responsibility to enter the delivery address accurately and completely.

If you notice any error in your details, please write to our support email immediately. Once the package has been shipped, no modifications can be made.

If the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or the absence of the recipient, the expenses for a new shipment will be covered by the buyer.
5. Customs and Taxes

Some of our items are distributed from international warehouses. The website prices and the $16.83 shipping fee do not include potential import taxes or customs duties specific to your country. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer.
